  The entire staff went above and beyond, this was a very difficult time and they made it bearable. The friendliness and down home feel of the facility made our family very comfortable.

  The service was fantastic. My daughter did most of the arranging for me because I was very upset, they treated her wonderfully.

  The wonderful staff at Yates are professional, courteous, and most of all sympathetic and caring. They guided us through the entire process from music to flowers and handled everything. The service was beautiful. During such a devastating time they were helpful and understanding.
